The location is really convenient going everywhere

my room window was just a view of an alley, I wake up in the middle of night to loud noise is happening outside of the alley, they don¿t clean my room fully cuz I found trash, there were stains on bed sheets, and staff didn¿t help with luggage

Tucked in a side alley, but its really nice inside. Its super close to Namba Station so its easy to jet across the city. Its actually next to a shopping alley so great food and nightlife is all around you 24/7. ETHERNET ONLY. No Wifi

No WiFi, but they provide Ethernet access so bring a laptop

- room was massive with a walk-in closet and a huge desk.- location is in the middle of downtown

- no temperature control. It’s centralized and the fan/aircon would only spit out hot air. It was seasonal but it was a warmer day in November and we were really hot. Reception said cannot change and just open the window because they only blow hot or cold air centralized. Opened the window and it was noisy (since it’s downtown) and smelled of garbage because it’s located in a random alley where people smoke.- zero post-bath toiletries in the onsen (no toiletries in the changing room) - the only hotel with onsen during my trip to have a dressing room with nothing but hair dryers- tiny onsen

The property is extremely well located. Close to the Namba Station and all of the fun of the Dotonbori!

The mattress was too hard for our liking.

Room is very small.It doesn't have a restaurant and sitting area in the lobby.

Very near to the train station and lots of konbini and restaurants. Just a short walk to Dotonbori.

Very helpful and nice staff. After a long flight to Osaka, arriving in a hotel with hot spring water was awesome! The room has a good size if you are carrying 2-3 suitcases. The location is perfect, in Namba.

The location is excellent just beside the Namba station.

Unfortunately we got the room on the lower floor. Although the room has windows but facing the wall of next building.

Very convenient location a short walk from Namba Station and shops and restaurants. Small room but clean and adequate for one person. Would be cramped with two. Staff friendly and helpful.

Very close to Nanba Station, Dotonbori, and Shinsaibashisuj. Room is big and well furnished.

The staff and service were exceptional. The rooms were nice too.

The location in Namba was nice but the hotel is in an alley, so the taxi driver had to drop us off on the street and we had to walk around the blocks to get there.

Location - very good location with Nankai Namba Station just around the corner. However, it was not easy to locate the hotel as it was located in a small alley.Room - While the interior is a bit outdated, the room is big and clean, with the necessary amenities.

Comfortable to find restaurant and very good location and near train underground and bus terminal

The hotel is just less than 5 mins walk to the main shopping street and train station. It is a simple, well equipped hotel. Checkout out timing is 10am, as compared to usual ones that I've stayed is 11am. Overall, still recommended:)

We couldn't deposit our luggage at the lobby after checkout so that we can grab some stuff ?

Location was superb! A very short walk from the Airport Limo bus stop at Namba Station. Prominent signage of OIOI always guided us back to the hotel with ease. There were covered shopping streets in all directions just steps from the the front door. Dotonbori, Shinsaibashi, Hozenji Temple, Sennichimae all within very short walking distances. Proximity to Namba Station and its multiple train lines provided access to all of Osaka. So many dining options in the surrounding neighborhood, we ran out of days to eat everything we desired!

The facilities reflected its age and deferred maintenance. The rooms were small. Recently installed guest laundry was very much appreciated, but there were only two sets of washer and dryers and the laundry room was located in a nook connected to the main lobby.
